*Cache(also known as obb or data) is required to run GTA 5 on Android.
Apk file acts as launcher while cache contains major game data.
Actual game is combination of apk & cache.
As cache is large(3.7Gb), we have ultra-compressed it to make it easier for you to download.
You can download compressed cache’s zip archive which is only 2.59Gb, but after you decompress(unarchive/unpack) it, actual cache size will be 3.7Gb.
